  i cancel my jetpack subscription and requested for refund but still not receive my payment? are you pay me back or not?? please reply as soon as possible

  i cancel my jetpack subscription and requested for refund but still not receive my payment?

  A refund was sent on 13-May-2017 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  The next step is to contact your bank to see if they are still processing the refund. You can provide them with the transaction ID on your refund receipt to help them locate it.
