REQUEST: Need to move email subscribers from wordpress.com to self-hosted

    I posted this 3 days ago and am re-posting since my original message most likely got buried.

    I recently moved my WP.com blog to a self-hosted server, and I would like my e-mail subscribers moved as well (I already installed and activated Jetpack).

    There is also an issue with my posts from my self-hosted site not updating in the WP.com reader whenever I publish a new entry.

    The blog I need help with is lefancygeek.com.

    And before anything else: cache has been cleared, my browsers and comp all meet specs, yet still no updates.
