  Request refund. I am unable to get WordPress site to work for me. Will you please help me with a refund. I keep having to add Jetpack and it never works. I have been unable to get the website up and running. I just don’t think I am savvy enough and would really appreciate a refund for the price of the site.

  I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. What was the upgrade that was purchased and the URL of the associated site? To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
