Request support for domain purchase

    I recently had refund a service pack from WordPress.com, because I would like change it to WordPress.org. The action has refund my previous domain ‘aurora-accessories.com’ as well.

    I would like to buy this domain again and I am waiting it back to the market. Hence, I would like to track when if it’s available again in the market thanks!

    Hi auroraacc,

    I would like to buy this domain again and I am waiting it back to the market.

    There are a couple of options available if you want to use the domain again.

    1. Wait for the domain to be released

    As you cancelled the domain so quickly, it should released around 5 days after the cancellation date (1st August). Once the domain has been released, you can register it again elsewhere. We don’t receive a notification when this happens so you’ll need to keep checking to see if it has become available.

    2. Restore the domain

    The other option is I can send a payment request for the domain costs ($18) and restore to your site. Once restored, the domain can then be transferred to another registrar 60 days after the registration date:

    In the meantime, the name servers for your domain can be pointed to your WordPress.org site until the domain is ready for transfer. I will send you some instructions if you choose this option.
