Request to make an account private

  A site was set up and operated by a former employee who is no longer with the business. We do not have the log in details. The site has not been renewed and a new website has been set up but the WordPress site is still visible. Our IT provider cannot assist as we do not have log in details. I would like to make the site private if I cannot cancel it.
