Request to refund the account subscription

    Hi. I have requested the refund last Tuesday. But i stilll dont get the refund. Can you check

    A refund usually takes about 10 business days. But banks outside the USA do need a lot more of time.

    Hi @projekpanacea

    Because your cancellation came shortly after the transaction itself (within an hour of upgrading from what I can see) your bank may opt to issue a reversal instead of a line item refund on your statement.

    To explain, in the case of a reversal you won’t see a refund credit on your statement – you will instead see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It’ll appear as if the whole transaction never happened.

    Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as cancelled and refunded on our end. Feel free to share with your bank this reference number, which will help them locate the return on their end: ARN: 82305091307000000980010
