Request transfer code for domain

I’m not receiving the email to request a transfer code to change my domain registrar. I’ve requested the email several times and have checked my spam folder, there is nothing. What can I do?

I’m very sorry about that. We’re currently investigating an issue with where domain transfer requests (and other domain changes) are being delayed. Our developers are looking into it, and I’ll let you know just as soon as I have an update about the issue.

Do you have any idea when this will be resolved? I’ve been waiting for the email for 3 days now and I have to launch a website under the same domain in 6 days.

I just got word from our developers that this issue is resolved. You’ll need to request the transfer code again using the steps here: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
