Requested transfer of Premium subscription was not completed by WordPress.

I requested my premium subscription transfer to another user name in October and it has not gone through. I have the email verifying it can be done, but it was not.

Hi there!
I just took a look and this site was successfully transferred. You’re not logged into the correct account to view the site, but if you log out and log in using the account we transferred that site to you’ll see the site listed at your sites list here:
https://wordpress.com/my-sites

I seem to be unable to log into username cacevedo222. When I tried, it said that the site was deleted and it lead to me to recovery. The problem is that I do not remember what blog I associated it with.
I usually am able to sign in with my email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Would it be possible to transfer the remaining month to that account?
