requesting a refund

    Hello I am looking to request a refund. I was charged yesterday and my blog is inactive. I have no information about billing charges on my account as they are not showing up. So I cant request a refund through billing information. Please can you let me know how I can request a refund or if I am able to have a refund? Many Thanks

    For what upgrade, and on which site, were you charged? The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged.

    If you’ve received a charge from WordPress.com, it’s for a site in a completely different account, in which case we’ll need you to contact us from the correct account to help with this.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

    I know that the domain and site name I am being charged for is
    blissfulbodyandnutrition.blog
    But I don’t know what email it is linked up to. I thought it was the account that I have been contacting you on.
    Is there any way of finding out?

  • Perfect, Marielle. Can you please reply to the email we sent earlier? It was not sent to this one you’ve been contacting us from, but if you’ll check your other accounts, you should find where we’ve contacted you. Respond there and we’ll work on the next step.
