Requesting an inoivce for purchase

  Hi,

  How do I get an invoice to see how much WordPress has charged my account. We need this information for accounting reasons. Please advise, or send a invoice.

  You should get one via email: not an invoice, but a receipt. Check your spam filter as well; sometimes it ends up there.

  Hi, Still haven’t received a receipt from WordPress for the charge on our account. We need this information for auditing reasons. Requesting you to send the information to our accounting department at (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Ask the staff to resend you a receipt: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ enter anything in the search box then hit search then click on the box that says you did not find your answer and a contact form should appear.
