Require Domain Login and Password

    A member of staff has left the business and we require the details for the company domain in the company email address for renewals etc.
    Harringtons-extractions.co.uk is the website and i believe the domain was purchased through wordpress?

    Hi there,

    That domain is registered with us, yes, but I cannot give you any details regarding the account that owns the domain.

    If the person who owns the account that was used to purchase the domain (which incidentally is also the account that owns the underlying site) is no longer with your business, you’ll need to ask them to transfer the domain and the site to another account that will take over management of the site.

    We cannot do this at your request under any circumstances, and we also cannot give you access to their account.
