    Hi,

    How do I change the email notifications/emailed receipts from my wordpress account to go to me (previously with another user who no longer has access)?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, http://cwruannualgiving.in/ and the upgrades are owned by the kjz8 username/account. It sounds like you, and the owner, do not have access to that account, is that correct?

    Does the original owner still have access to the email account that is on that account?

    If not, the original owner can use our Account Recovery process to gain access to that account and then give you that information so that you can then access that account and update the information. Since the site has upgrades, they should be able to look back through their financial records and find the transaction id for the upgrades.

    Recover Your Account

    If they have problems getting a transaction id, they can use the following tool to get that information.
