  The person who used to manage our chicagosleepcenter.com website is no longer at our practice. I will be the new manager but I can’t log in! Any ideas?

  That site isn’t using WordPress.com. There are 2 versions of WordPress. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
