Reset import

  Trying to import xml files from another wordpress blog (all xml files are less than 15Mb), but process is stuck and has been for more than 24 hours

  Is it possible to reset the import process?

  Thank you

  Hi there,

  I have reset the importer. You can now start the import again and I suggest trying the importer found on the classic dashboard:

  https://fpiblogrb.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress

  Thank you for that.
  Have tried again with two other xml files and they have uploaded fine. However, the offending file that caused the problem has caused the problem again and the upload is now stuck again.

  If you could clear and reset again and I shall attempt to split it into smaller xml files to see if they can upload.

  I see that my colleague has already cleared the stuck import.

  Just let me know if the import stucks again and I’ll further troubleshoot this.
