Reset my website to default

  Hi there,
  I have the domain name and I buy a theme for my WordPress website. The problem is that I reset the whole website and when I try to do import the theme doesn’t load properly. More specific when I try to Edit page it’s only the classic mode to edit and don’t recognize any changes I do in WpBakery Page Builder.
