Reset of password

    Hi, I would like to reset my password but my mobile number is not connected to my account and the aurthenticator isn’t setup. Can you please assist in how I get access to my profile and change my password. Thank you

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of the calthoehn account you’re using to post here?

    When you first enabled two-step authentication we provided you with ten backup codes to print out and keep somewhere safe. If you still have those, you can use one of them to access your account settings, and then you can update your password and 2FA settings so you can receive codes again.
