Having to reset the password but the recovery email never comes. This has happened for 5 days straight. Any alternatives on the free account?

I set up this account so I could ask the question on behalf of my elderly father who has the website. The account he has is under the user name: bfleming. Can you email the reset link to the email associated with that account please.

Thank you so much for the help thus far! I’ve just logged into his email account and still nothing. I’ve refreshed a few times. I asked him again if its his email associated with the site and he says yes. Can you check please. His email his (email visible only to moderators and staff).

We can’t give out any confirmation or denial about the email address on an account. That would be a violation of privacy for the user.
You can suggest that they search the email for anything from us and also check spam and promotional folders.

ok still not getting the password reset. this makes for 6 days in a row. what other options are there please.

Hi there,
I would ask if there are any other emails that the site could’ve been attached to.
If your father still has access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery tool and you should receive a confirmation email.

As staff-zinnia mentions, we cannot divulge exactly what email it is, but I can say that it isn’t the one you provided.

Thank you again for this assistance. I was thinking the problem was the email and I’ll speak to him today about it. He struggles to understand these things and then I have to try and follow up for him. It’s a daughter’s duty. I sincerely appreciate all of your help. :)
