  need admin user name and password

  Our friend who is an older lady bought and is paying for her wordpress site, http://specializedformulations.com/ she would like to fire her current admin and change the password and user name for his access. she is not computer savoy and I have no idea how to proceed. Can she call you?

  You’re in the wrong forum and need to ask over at WordPress.ORG, which is where that version of the software is supported. Or just use management skills to ask him to set up an admin account and password for her, and she signs in and locks him out. If she needs to hire a consultant to do that, then that’s what she needs to do.
