resetting password

    I have an existing wordpress account but I no longer have access to the email associated with that account. I set up a new site with Elementor and purchased a year of their cloud hosting. I was building the site, but I can no longer login into my site.

    How can I reset the password associated with my WordPress account without having access to my email. Also, I don’t seem to have cpanel access with my Elementor Cloud hosting, so I can’t do it that way either.

    Hi,

    Can we clarify something first? Was your original site hosted on WordPress.com? Or was it a site built with the WordPress software, but hosted elsewhere (as your new site is)?
