Resetting Site Does Not Work

    Hello,

    I wish to reset my WordPress site before the company begins selling data to be used in AI training. I have the contents of the site exported, but clicking the Reset Site button gives me the error message ‘We were unable to reset your site’.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there,

    Can you clarify what “reset” button you are pushing? If you do not wish for your data to be shared with third-parties, you can disable this under Settings > General > Privacy section. If you activate the Prevent third-party sharing feature, it excludes your site’s public content from our network of partners. Please see our blog post for more information.
