Resetting the Password when the form you provide doesn't work!!!

  I am really frustrated. I created a blog and can’t remember my login credentials and everytime I try to retrieve it your form tells me I’m doing something wrong!!! I just want to reset my password and login credentials for the following blog. http://thislittlepiggymt.wordpress.com/
