    Je voudrais avant renouvellement du paiement, résilier mon compte et mettre fin au site concerné. WordPress n’a pas l’air de reconnaitre mes identifiants et je vous saurai reconnaissant de m’aider dans cette démarche.

    It sounds like you have more than one user account with us. Please let me know what site is up for renewal.
