Responsive-embeds.js not found error

    I am getting 404 for responsive-embeds.js, primary-navigation.js and print.cs. My site is working fine but the blocking time is huge because of these files.

    I have checked these files do not exist in the custom theme but in twenty-one theme they exist. Do I just move the files to the custom theme folder? OR can I comment out something that would prevent these calls?
