responsive websie – unwanted white space below header image
-
When my site is viewed on a mobile it isn’t arranged well, with an area of white space below the header image which is unwanted. Is there any way of controlling this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I believe this is happening because of the size of your image. The recommended size is 580 × 150 pixels. If you’re going to go larger than that, you want to keep the same ratio. Your image is 580 x 326 pixels.
This ratio is a bit strange, but your image is two times the height without increasing the width at all. I believe this is making the image take up a strange amount of space in the header space for this theme.
Can you please try uploading a version of your image that is 580 X 150? Or if you want it doubled, 1,160 x 300?

Hi! Thanks so much, yes I think you are right but I’m yet to test it thoroughly. I did have the recommended ratio at first and that worked OK, but as an image it was a bit strange. A shame, because everything else about this theme works very well. I will write more once I’ve tried some more images out for the header.
Thanks again.
