HI i would like to know how to start from scratch i purchased a theme and then somethinng happend and now my website doesnt look right, how do i restrt this?

I suggest contacting your hosting service provider to see if they have the option to reset the site. There are also third-party plugins that you can use on your site to empty your site completely. Make sure to take a backup of your site before you do so in case you need to get the content back (We recommend Jetpack Backups).
