Restarting my website

Hello! I’m not sure if I’m asking the right questions in the right place. My website joewhisney.com will not load. Does that mean I need to do something within WordPress? Or does it mean there is an issue with my hosting service? Or something else?

My hosting was through A2 Hosting. They say they support or have shared web hosting with WordPress. Should I attempt to renew through them or move over completely to WordPress?

Apologies, I started to send a reply I was looking into, then realized I’d sent it on the wrong thread.
For this, right now I’d focus on where you bought the domain. If you bought it through your hosting, contact them right away to get that sorted out. The domain is on “hold” right now which (at least in my experience) is a sign that it’s in a grace period of sorts and needs immediate action. You probably do need to renew through them for now.
Once that’s resolved, you might be totally good to go. Or if you’d also like to move the site here to our services, so that your domain, hosting, and WordPress help are all in one place, you would be welcome. You would definitely need the current issue resolved, though, before you could help move the site here. Let us know once you’ve got it!
