The entire site has changed. There is no menu, I can’t change anything in the theme, I can’t do anything -
This site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, so we don’t have control to restore a backup. You would want to contact your host, or if you’re currently paying for backups through Jetpack or VaultPress, or through any other service, can you reach out there directly?

Eh, I don’t have one. I’m just panicking because I’ve been working hard, and here it all broke. I also wrote to support .org, I hope they will help me. And is there any chance that they will restore me?

They can’t and neither can we, because we don’t store your files. Your host would, or if you were using a backup service, they would.
If you have purchased a backup service can you contact them?
Otherwise can you contact your host?
