Restore a post

  I somehow posted the same blog twice. Not realizing the blog with a picture attached only has a paragraph and not the full written blog. Ipon this realization I deleted the fully typed blog thinking I had duplicated my post. Now all I have is the picture and one paragraph post. How to I switch it from the paragraph to get the full blog?
  Also can I restore the post I deleted?

  Deleted posts are moved to the Trash. You can restore them untill 30 days after deletion, https://wordpress.com/support/trash/#restoring-from-trash
