restore a website file

    Our domain provider is Netfirms. We needed to add a background FTP site. This was done 7-10 days ago. It appears that something was changed to override the website. We called Netfirms and they redirected the website. Unfortunately the file is over a year old and the site was redone. Inside WordPress we see a possible file. Or can we restore website from 2 weeks ago we updated some plugins on 11/3. Restoring from that date or earlier would be best.
