    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @goodgoodid111 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here: https://wordpress.com/sites

    Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed there? All the sites I see listed at the link above are less than 24 hours old and have no content, so there is no data to backup in this case.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
