Restore canceled plan and mapped domain

Hello! I am helping out a client that ran into a bit of a mess. She had canceled her plan and domain Propertiesbyjess.com she was trying to setup herself. What are the steps, or can you “reactivate” her account??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Only the owner of that site is able to make that request. As soon as your client posts that request, Staff can try to restore that domain and site.

It looks like the domain and the WordPress.com Business plan were paid for using the same account you’re posting from. I’ve gone ahead and restored the domain registration since a refund for the domain was not issued. You can click the link below to upgrade to the WordPress.com Premium or Business plan again:
