    Hello – I lost all the design on my site when I didn’t update my CC in time. Before I repay for another year, I want to ensure my previous design will be restored. Is it recorded somewhere?

    I had a look at your account, and it seems like we still have the backups for bythenylex.wpcomstaging.com; yay!
    You can upgrade to plan Business and activate the theme and plugins you were using, and everything should look like before.
