Restore Domain

    Hi, I refunded my personal premium account but this got rid of my domain name that I purchased ‘boltonwondering.com’.

    I wanted to change to a business account so I can make a forum using a plugin but now I can’t use the domain name as it was refunded with my personal account.

    Is it possible to get the domain name back now, without paying an 80$ redemption fee?

    It looks like you’ve canceled the domain name, meaning you no longer own it, but we can recover it within the next 4 days.

    Since the Business Plan includes a free domain name, please start by purchasing the Business Plan for the desired site, but do not add the domain during purchase.

    Let us know when the plan has been purchased, and we’ll then be able to recover the domain for you free of charge. :)
