restore domaine name

    Hello, i’m facing some issue to access to my website administration since i atempted to change my domaine name from mood-capillaire.com to moodcapillaire.com. my admin login is moodcapillaireadmin, i already made a website with the adress (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    i wanted change the management adress also, but i think there is a big mess, cause now my website is not accessible, and when i’m tryin to connect with (email visible only to moderators and staff), nothing is working, it ask me to build e new website, please help me

    The site mood-capillaire.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on o2switch Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and o2switch also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
