Restore my money

    Hi WordPress.com. I canceled my subscription in the companies Pack with the domain, Before the time limit for the refund is over ( 30 days ). But I did not get receive my money !!
    I sent several messages in the Arab Support Forums for WordPress.com. But I did not find any response, and I did not prepare my money. More than 6 months passed about this…
    Please help me with this problem.

    Hi there,

    I would reach out to your bank regarding the refund. We released the funds back on 1/4/2019 and have not had the funds in our possession for months. You can see the receipts of the refunds here:
