Restore previous Premium Plan please

  My client requested that his recently upgraded Business Plan be downgraded. You cancelled his Business Plan on Tuesday 1st February and downgraded his account to the Free plan. However, please can you restore his account to a Premium Plan instead, as he had already paid for this service previously – and he won’t be able to restore his website to its original setting (including the domain name that he purchased digbybeaumont.com) without it?
