Hello, I am no longer interested in restoring the website or domain. I thought I had to restore both to transfer the domain to Bluehost. Just to clarify, will I still be able to transfer the domain to Bluehost even though I deleted the domain from this registrar?

I cancelled my account because I filled in the wrong registration information. But when I re-registered the domain was already occupied. I’d like to get my account back and change my domain name. Thanks.

Since you canceled the domain name, you no longer own it, and you cannot transfer a domain you do not own.
As mentioned during the domain cancellation, we cannot guarantee when or even if you’ll be able to re-register the domain. That is because the majority of the cancellation process is outside of our control, and this is true for all domain registrars.
The good news is that your domain is still under the grace period and can still be be recovered by us within the next 3 days. After that, we won’t have any control.
If you would like to do this, we have sent a payment request for the $18 domain registration fee to the email address on your account, since you have already received a full refund.
Once paid, please reply here to let us know, and we’ll recover the domain. Again, this will only be possible for the next 3 days. After that, we cannot guarantee when or even if you’ll be able to re-register the domain.
Once the domain is recovered here, you’ll be able to direct it anywhere simply by changing its name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/
And, after 60 days (another policy outside of domain registrar control), you’ll be able to transfer it elsewhere: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

The payment request was sent to the email address on the larissarichard account.
Since that is the account which owned the domain, we can only recover it for that account.
That account also has not been deleted, so it is safe to continue to use that account.
