restoring a post

is there a way to restore a post. I was accidentally working off of my app on Word press and Deleted most of one of my favorite posts and post update with out realizing it .. I and I can’t find the other content or media anywhere. I just thought I would ask. Thank you!

If you deleted the post, i.e. sent the post to Trash, you can recover it from the Trash folder by following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash
If you revised the post itself and deleted content from it, you may be able to recover an earlier revision of the post. Here’s how: https://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/page-post-revisions/
