Restoring my website

    My website has not been returned to its original content. The annual fee was paid about a month ago and I’ve had a hard time logging back in. Now, that I’m in, my format and content is mostly gone. Is there someone who can restore it back to its the format before it was taken offline?

    To confirm, is this regarding the site galacticstoryteller.wordpress.com or a different site? There isn’t an annual subscription that has been connected to this particular account. Only a one-time theme purchase is connected to the account you’re reaching out from.
