  Hi can you please help me restore idealmetabolism.wordpress.com. I cannot remember deleting it. I had prepared my content to upload on this site. I will make sure that I am careful about keeping sites that I am definitely want to use. Thanks Jane

  I’m afraid that it is not possible to restore your site. It has been deleted 5 months ago and has since been purged.

  We are only able to restore deleted sites during the first 30 days after the deletion.

  You are welcome to create a new site and share your content there.
