Restoring Site

  My website http://www.gvlfashionweek.com which was a word press site is not showing on my dashboard in my sites. However, it says three sites but only one is showing. I had a Godaddy deluxe managed wordpress site and they said they could not restore the site. I desperately need to get my site back.

  Your site https://gvlfashionweek.com/ is up and running. It is in no way connected to your wordpress.com account. To get in the backend go to https://gvlfashionweek.com/wp-login.php

  I know it is up, but I cannot get my old site back. I downloaded a new template and need my old site template back with the content.

  Hi there!

  What @startmees meant is that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

  You will want to contact your host, or look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
