Restoring the URL

  Hello all,
  I did a mistake and I am not sure how to fix it. I made a site for a community initiative. Today they asked me to change the name so I changed the name of the site (a big mistkae) and the old one is not accessible anymore. Here is the old one (https://parcextensioncurrykitchen.wordpress.com/). I want to use this old url to simply write go to the new address here or something like that but it seems like I cannot access the old url. At the same time, it seems it exists somewhere( I cannot create a new one with this name). Can someone help me with this? Is there a simple way that I only write go to this new address?

  The site had not been fully purged yet, so I was able to recover https://parcextensioncurrykitchen.wordpress.com as requested.
