  Quick question:
  I have a FREE WordPress Blog but I NEED to add some codes to do my Retargeting Campaign if I upgrade to a paid WordPress Blog can I then add this tag ?

  Copy your tag to your clipboard, then paste it into your site code on every page, just above the </body>

  The software will strip out all blogger posted JavaScript on WordPress.com hosted blogs to preserve security. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  No. You will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and set up a WordPress.org software install to use that code. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Blogger-initiated advertising is banned here and will get your blog suspended. So are “make millions online” kinds of blogs. Your blog has to lose ALL the ads, all the affiliate links, it’s entire purpose for existing. You might just set it to Private and walk away instead, because you CANNOT do what you are trying to do here on WordPress.com.

  If you have initiated any advertising and are running any ads now I do warn you that your blog can and will be suspended.

  here is no blogger initiated advertising allowed and that includes paid or sponsored content and ad banners.

  If you require other advertising, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on advertising if you hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.   It’s been quite some time since I’ve seen a blog with that many ToS violations.
