Retrieve Deleted Custom Domain

    Hello, I accidentally canceled my subscription for a custom domain. Is there anyway I can undo that? I wanted to transfer & keep the domain.

    Hi there!

    There are two options.
    We can restore the domain for you; you can point it to any site you want and transfer it after 60 days. For that, we’ll need you to pay the registration fee – I have already sent you the link where you can do that. Just let us know once it’s done.

    If you prefer, though, you can also just wait 5 days after the cancelation – your domain should be released then, and you will be able to register it with the registrar of your choice.
