  How do I retrieve an expired domain?

  It seems like our domain expired 9 days ago. I was just made the owner of the site today (The owner left the company).

  How do I retrieve our domain?

  When looking for the domain in the domain section, I got a message that says ‘This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.’

  So I’m contacting support. Please help!

  Hi there,

  What is the domain URL that you are trying to retrieve? I checked the account that you contacted us from and there is no history of domain purchases. If you now have access to the owner’s account, please post in this thread to verify ownership. Then, I’ll be happy to assist. Thanks!
