Retrieve old domain

Hey me and my business partner used to host a website and domain http://www.limecreative.agency last week my partner cancelled her subscription and asked for a refund and she cancelled my emails. I still use the domain limecreative.agency for emails though. I don’t have a MX record setup with limecreative.agency so I am not able to receive any mails. Could you help me with this?

We are able to recover this domain, but to do that the request will need to come from the previous owner of the domain. We cannot recover the domain for anyone else in this case.
