Retrieveing company account

I no longer have contact with our website creator, our host advised i need to fix an error in the company workpress dashboard to fix an error on my website but I do not know any log on details – is there a way to retrieve it?

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Crazy Domains also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
