Retrieving Domain Name (cancelled subscription)

    I’ve recently cancelled my subscription, and would like to still use the domain name that was purchased along with the personal package. Is there any way I can do this? Is it time based problem?

    Hi there,

    Cancelled domain names are not released immediately, and there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to register a cancelled domain once it is eventually released.

    Your domain should be released in two or three days at which point you should be able to register it elsewhere. I can also still restore it to your account at this point, if you prefer. Then I can help you point it to another provider, and you’ll be able to transfer it away from us once you’ve owned it for 60 days.
