  We had an alternative domain in this account. It no longer appears. How do we retrieve the old domain?

  We would like to renew a domain but it does not appear under the Purchases section. How do we renew a domain name if it does not appear under Purchases?

  Hey there, can you confirm which domain you need help with? I actually don’t see any domains that are currently connected to your account, though there were some in the past.

  Hi again! Let us know which domain. My guess is that it expired a while ago, but we can check! Also, I’m going to go ahead and merge this topic into your other thread.
