retrieving old wordpress content

  hello! My old site was threeyearstomd.com. The domain went into redemption and I cannot retrieve it despite my best efforts to work with old hosting and the apparent domain registrant. How can I retrieve all the old content which I created via wordpress?

  We can’t help you as your site wasn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. If you nor your hosting didn’t make a proper backup, I’m afraid the content of your site is lost forever.

  I checked the domain threeyearstomd.com and I can confirm that this was never hosted by us at WordPress.com. That means you were using the WordPress.org software and your site was hosted elsewhere.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  Please contact your hosting service provider where your site used to be hosted. If you didn’t use any backup services (like Jetpack Backups, which wasn’t used for this site), then the only party that may have a backup of your site is the hosting service provider.

  So you’d need to contact them to see if they can help you with that.
